Successful marketing requires a well-equipped property and professional photographic material. We take the pictures on site, prepare the image material and the property description, and place the information on all booking platforms. It usually takes 4-6 weeks from signing the contract to publishing the information.
Your accommodation should have at least one parking space, a fully equipped kitchen, and enough bathrooms according to the maximum occupancy. Furthermore, the rental of the property must be permitted for holiday purposes.
