Your role - host with a passion
As a receptionist, you are the first face our guests see and the voice they hear. You make them feel welcome and ensure that their stay in our chalets and holiday apartments runs smoothly.
Your tasks:
- Personal and warm welcome and farewell to our guests (check-in/check-out)
- Letting of holiday apartments and chalets in Interlaken and the surrounding area
- Telephone, written and personal contact with guests - also in different languages
- Acceptance and proceeding of reservations
- A wide range of administrative tasks to keep your working day varied
Your profile - You will fit in perfectly with us if you:
- Have commercial training or experience as a receptionist
- Speak and write English fluently (other languages are a plus!)
- Love professional, service-orientated interaction with guests from all over the world
- Work in a structured, independent and reliable manner
- Are a real team player who wants to make a difference together with us
- Have a valid category B driving licence

Your new role - versatile and important
Flexibility is our focus. Your weekly commitment varies depending on the season:
- November - April: 60%, 3 days/week
- May - October: 100%, 5 days/week
- Your employment ratio remains at 80% all year round.
In your varied working day you will be responsible for
- Final, intermediate and basic cleaning of our holiday flats and chalets
- Make a decisive contribution to the feel-good atmosphere of our guests
We are looking for you - what you need:
- You are organised: Your independent, reliable and thorough way of working is impressive
- You stay positive: Your open, humorous nature makes you an asset to the team
- You are resilient: Even in intense times, you shine through your commitment and team spirit
- You understand the basics: basic knowledge of German or English is enough to get you started with us
- You are flexible on the road: a driving licence (Cat. B) is a prerequisite
